Although the wind was up this week we had lots of sun and great minke whale action, in fact the best minke whale action of the season! The Dive 2000 group joined us from Sydney for what was a great trip.

23rd - 26th June 2008 - Minke Whale Expedition

The minke action continued for the second half of this week. Our expedition took the guests to Cod Hole, Challenger Bay, Lighthouse Bommie, Pixie Gardens, Steve's Bommie and Flare point where lots of great marine life was seen and fantastic interactions with minke whales experience by many of the passengers. The end of trip Australian BBQ and photo competition rounded out a great trip.
